Exhibitor & Visitor Information

Exhibitors

- Each exhibitor receives two admission passes good for the duration of the show.
- Exhibitors receive a commemorative plaque when they register.
- Exhibitor vehicle and trailer parking is at the north end of the grounds. - Directors will authorize any vehicles allowed within the main display area.
- Set-up is allowed any time after Tuesday of the show week.
- Displays must be removed by Monday following the show.
- Propane will be provided for large gas engines.
- Tippecanoe Steam & Gas Power Association, Inc. membership is not required for exhibitors.

Safety

- Please operate your equipment in a safe manner.
- Do not leave equipment running unattended.
- Do not allow children to operate machinery without supervision.
- Please provide wheel chocks for antique cars and trucks.
- Rope off work area for demonstrations.
- Use extreme caution when driving tractors in the exhibit area. Maintain a safe speed and be observant of children, pets, or other vehicles in the area.
- Follow directions of the show directors regarding set-up and operation.

Accessibility

- Monitored handicap parking available
- Accessible shuttle wagons during the show
- Accessible restroom facilities on the grounds
- Golf carts and motorized mobility vehicles are allowed on the grounds during the show (see
GOLF CART OPERATION RULES.)
- Golf carts are available on a first-come first-serve basis for handicapped visitors at no cost. The use of these carts is limited to one hour.
